Zaman University Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

Overview



Zaman University offers a number of merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are offered to any students or any interested individuals who demonstrate high intellectual capacity in the Zaman University Scholarship Examination.



Date: 3 September 2011

Venue: Zaman University campus

Time: 10 a.m.



All high school diploma holders and students who sat for the 2011 BAC II exam are eligible for taking the Scholarship Examination on 3rd September.



There are altogether 300 scholarships available:



• 5 students will get 100% scholarship

• 10 students will get 75% scholarship

• 20 students will get 50% scholarship

• 265 students will get 25% scholarship



You should register your name to sit for the Scholarship Exam by calling 023 996 111 or visiting the campus.



The Scholarship Examination is free of charge.



Applicants need to bring their national ID card or passport on the exam day.





The applicants should be ready to take the exam on 3rd September by 9.45 am in their respective classrooms which are going to be announced soon.



Useful information about the scholarships



If a student succeeds in getting a scholarship in the academic year 2011-12, the student will benefit from it for 4 consecutive years provided the student maintains 75% success in his/her studies every year.



Scholarships cover tuition fees only. They do not cover registration fees. All students need to pay the registration fees.



Scholarships are given to registered students only. To benefit from the scholarships available, students must register with the university.



The questions in the Scholarship Exam cover a range of topics from general knowledge, mathematics and physics.
