Erasmus Mundus (ASC) Scholarships

Overview

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships in Advanced Spectroscopy in Chemistry (ASC). The ASC network aims at preparing students to become experts and develop international skills towards doctoral studies, and/or professional industrial careers in chemical analysis and characterization of the structure of materials.

A mobility scheme ensures that, in addition to high specialization and access to state of the art technologies, students will do a common core curriculum of studies in different higher education institutions throughout Europe.

Prospects:

Students completing this European master’s degree with a thesis will be better prepared for European R and D careers in instrument manufactures, spectroscopic laboratories, analytical enterprises or administrative organizations. Further scientific progress towards PhD programmes will also be made available.

Type of degree:

Double/Joint Chemistry Euromaster® of Science with thesis diploma in «Advanced Spectroscopy in Chemistry» awarded by the universities of the consortium, after completion of 90 ECTS of courses and 30 ECTS of a Master thesis.
